West Virginia Democratic Primary is tomorrow. Sanders is leading in the polls. According to 538.com, “polls-plus forecast, Bernie Sanders has a 63% chance of winning the West Virginia primary.” Hillary Clinton has a 37% chance of winning. 538.com has the projected results at 49.6% t for Sanders to 46.6% for Hillary.
West Virginia has 29 delegates. Clinton's target is 12 delegates, Sanders target is 17delegates. There are 7 super delegates up for grabs. Again, Sanders may win West Virginia, but he wont cut into Hillary’s delegate lead in a significant way.
This race is over. Hillary Clinton is the presumptive Democratic Nominee. Hillary has moved on to the general election. That’s what we need to do as well. Even though she has moved on, Hillary is still fighting for every vote in the remaining primary states and will, as long as Sanders stays in. We are going to need to keep the primary races we are behind in as close as possible and the race we are ahead in , we need to make sure we stay ahead.
