In case you missed it, today’s PWB Peeps diary revealed a plethora of aminals in costume and black cats galore. Check it out at the link above. But Halloween only comes one day a year, so we continue the theme tonight!
There are the pooties who are trying to look fierce
And scary basement pooties trying not to look fierce
And woozles who don’t care how they look! Attention? They haz it!
Just beware basement cats tonight who are up to no good… or not
If looking for a pet, please check with your local humane society or shelter. Since I live in Lexington, Kentucky, I thought each week I would share a potential adoptee from Lexington Humane Society with you all.
In the spirit of the season and because he is named for chocolate, meet Hershey. Hershey is a handsome 10-year-old black male, large domestic shorthair. I wish LHS would tell more of their back story. Either someone is a real (insert swear word here) for abandoning a cat 10 years old, or his hoomins died. So let’s get this big guy re-adopted and put a smile on his face! If you are nearby and would like to adopt, please contact LHS. If not, please spread the word to those who might be in/near our area. Thank you!
For more information or to make a donation, please contact the Lexington Humane Society at 859-233-0044 or fill out their form at www.lexingtonhumanesociety.org/…
PWB Peeps is a community group that posts afternoon and nighttime diaries for animal lovers. We share photos, seek & give advice about pet health and behavior issues, support each other in times of sadness and stress, celebrate together when times are good, and on most days have an inordinate amount of fun. No pie fights here.
You are welcome to join us!
