They have been releasing from this reservoir but the releases have not kept up with the water coming in due to rains.
Uncontrolled release is exactly what they did not want.
This is our latest nightmare. Already there are evacuations an hundreds of communities as the water seeped out northward. They have been trying to balance that threat with the one southward already flooding into Buffalo B.
