This is a follow-up to my previous diary about wicking beds. I’m thrilled at how well my first one is working, so I’m making two more from various old tubs and plumbing bits. Our daytime highs have been in the upper 90s to over 100 for weeks (months?) with virtually no rain. But these succulent edible plants are flourishing with no stress whatsoever.
