A Russian TOS system gets tossed.

Ukraine destroyed another Russian ship — but this one isn’t part of the Black Sea fleet.
This one appears to be a cargo vessel and it is run aground in the Dnipro River down river from Kherson. It got there during the flood that ensued when Russia blew up the dam on the river.
Ukraine bombed this ship because it was being used by the Russians as an command center/observation station.
Reports indicate that Colonel Gen. Mikhail Teplinsky, commander of Russia’s airborne troops, may have been in the ship at the time. But there is no confirmation of that so keep the champagne in the fridge for now.
Teplinsky is a veteran of Transnistria and both Chechen wars. With the public disappearance of Gen. Valery Gerasimov, it was Teplinsky who was said to be running the show.
Normally I would say it is hard to imagine that such a high-ranking commander would take the risk of visiting a forward command post, but Zelenskyy has done it more than once.
There are also reports that Russian blogger Yegor Guzenko, known as “Thirteenth,” was killed in the attack.
But some reports say that Thirteenth was shot by Kadryovites. As usual — the fog of war is thick.
That would be a shame. Yep, a real shame.
The Russian army is FUBAR but by being able and willing to throw large numbers of cannon fodder into the fray they manage to slowly advance.
Yesterday I returned from Sieverne, we were providing at least some comms for the unit. I can say that our offensive is completely fucked up. All the basements are occupied, people are sitting like rats. There are many units, and not only is there no interaction between them, they often don't even understand who is sitting a hundred meters away from them. The surveillance system works well for one group out of five. I looked for my unit for almost an hour, no one knows anything, you stupidly walk around the destroyed village and yell for your own people, hoping that they will hear. It's such a mess there.
And at the same time, everyone is driven into Tonenke in small groups. Why, what for, how to interact - hell knows. They stupidly drive people in just to report. People are streaming towards Tonenke, sometimes under fire. The rare people who go back say there is nothing to do there, people are like sardines in a barrel, all the basements and dugouts are occupied. They tell me directly on the radio - just indicate that you are there, there will be a check, after which you roll back. This is all purely for reporting that such and such units participated in the capture.
Maybe they could call AAA.
AAA couldn’t help these Russian armored vehicles.
