Just a short write up here. This seemed liked kind of important news.
Jack Smith may have found a way to appeal the Theft of Classified Documents case. By forcing Judge Cannon to do something, that she definitely does not want to do.
Jack Smith Quickly HITS BACK at Judge Cannon
MeidasTouch — June 3, 2024
Jack Smith has refiled a motion with Judge Aileen Cannon to bar Donald Trump from making public statements endangering law enforcement. Following her recent rejection of a nearly identical motion last week without prejudice, Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg breaks down how another rejection by Cannon could lead to her eventual recusal.

Here are the key bits of it, in my rushed transcription below — which captures the main ideas involved by the Special Prosecutor’s latest motion. (Apologies for any errors or omissions.)
[Time-mark 3:20]
Jack Smith has ratcheted up the pressure. He has asked Judge Cannon to change the conditions of Donald Trump's Release. There are already restrictions on what Trump can say as part of his Pre-Trial Release.
Now Smith is trying to tighten it further. To say we do not need anymore threats to Law Enforcement.
Because we’ve seen what happened in Cincinnati, after Trump put out Social Media content attacking Law Enforcement and the FBI. And then the FBI HQ in Cincinnati was shot up, by one of Trump's extremist supporters.
So what Smith is saying, is now that Trump and his supporters are falsely claiming the Biden and the FBI tried to have Trump assassinated, during the search of the Mar-a-Lago property — that is unacceptable and it will lead to violence. And it is also totally false.
So let's stop any future comments by Trump attacking the FBI and Law Enforcement.
That should not be part of a Gag Order. That should be part of his Pre-Trial Release. That means if he violates it, he can go to Jail.
Jack Smith now want this [restriction on FBI threats] to be an additional condition of his Release.
What does all this mean?
[Time-mark 8:40]
If Judge Cannon denies this order [motion] by Jack Smith, then he can take it up to the 11th Circuit.
That is excellent news indeed.
Hope ‘loose’ Cannon sticks to her guns — and continues to coddle the Convicted Felon.
We may get another important trial before the American people sooner than we thought.

Just some “light” reading material. Everyone has one of those rooms, right!?
