I think if not mr. shkreli, then someone else will do the same sort of thing. Probably keeping a lower profile, making it harder know what individuals are involved. To think otherwise is to assume people with money are just going to avoid lucrative opportunities because they realize there is too much greed involved or because their actions may significantly impinge negatively on others. There are many people who think like that, but there are also many people who think like Mr, Shkreli, and to expect otherwise is just terribly naive.
Mr, Shkreli is actually a very good bad example, and his high-profile story may actually lead to some good. I can hope, at least, that this will make a few more people realize that, yes, we do need some regulations. Again, I find it folly to take Martin Shkreli to task, when he has broken no law. We should take to task the legislatures and other groups that have failed to make such actions be against the law.
