Yes, folks, it's happening here. Ironically, against an edemic ethnic group that has more a claim to being natural Americans than most others, more so than the rest us who came from Europe, Africa, or more recently from China, Indo Asia, and the far East.

My people came from Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Poland and Romania. I am "Shanty Irish and Proud of it," but the earliest 'Americans' in my family were Scots-Irish, who were shunted off into the Hinterlands by the New Englanders and, yes, even the Pennsylvanian Quakers.
In one of history's many ironies it was these people, descendents of the Scots-Irish, who now declare there are the authentic Americans. Why them and no one else? It's incorrect, for starters. There is no class of "True Americans," except Native Americans.
