In his tweet, Vivek plagiarized (word-for-word) a 2019 article in Foreign Policy magazine, and that’s not all. Vivek’s main campaign slogans are plagiarized from successful politicians: President FDR, President Obama, Sen. Bernie Sanders, & President FDR. In August, Vivek got caught plagiarizing from President Obama during the Maga/GOP debate.

Vivek’s supporters say Vivek only stole President Obama’s words as a way to point out that the 38-year-old Vivek and the then 43-year-old Obama had never engaged in politics before running for President.

In Aug 2023, the 38-year-old Vivek Ramaswamy had spent his entire adult life as a hedge fund grifter. In fact, by August 2023, Vivek:

In January 2022, National Archives (NARA) got back 15 boxes of top secret & classified documents. Since that time, Kash Patel has stated several times that the Top Secret & Classified documents Trump stole were never declassified.

In a May 5, 2022 interview (below) Kash Patel confirms that some of the stolen documents pertain to “major national security matters.”

The only answer is, Yes! Absolutely! Prosecuting Trump for his crimes is good for the country.

Yet, even though there is only one answer: Yes — So many yakking-heads keep pretending that it’s a hard question to answer.

Here’s the upside-down answer Republican Paul Rosenzweig (who was senior counsel to Ken Starr investigating Bill Clinton over “Whitewater”) gave:

Going after the world's once most powerful man like he's a common criminal could make things worse, argues Paul Rosenzweig, a principal at Red Branch consulting who was senior counsel to Ken Starr during the Whitewater investigation of former President Bill Clinton.

First off: Trump is a criminal, so saying “like he’s a common criminal” is absurd, not to mention hypocritical coming from the likes of, Paul Rosenzweig.

Second: Letting Trump get away with his crimes will destroy this country. In fact, to date, even giving the perception that Trump won’t be prosecuted is destroying this country which is “making things worse.” It’s enabling so many Americans to be brainwashed with outright lies and live in a fictional world where truth and facts are ‘evil.’

Because Trump has never been prosecuted for any of his crimes, we are now confronted with a domestic threat against our country that we have never faced since Confederate traitors took up arms against America.

To date, Trump is still attempting to unravel all the foundations of our country. And once his criminal mission is complete, there will be no more guardrails left to protect our democracy. If Trump is not prosecuted, then someone, maybe very soon, will get away with, and successfully complete, the crimes against America that Trump was unable to complete.

Not prosecuting Trump for his crimes is akin to giving him a pardon. Letting people get away with crimes against America has always been detrimental to this country. Here are some examples:

1) 1868: Pardon of Confederates who committed treason & took up arms against America. In 1868, President Andrew Johnson gave a “pardon” to all (100%) of Confederate traitors who took up arms against America. That 1868 pardon continues to be detrimental to America. As a result of Johnson’s 1868 pardon, the traitors of the Confederate were eventually (in 1872) allowed to hold public office and enact Jim Crow laws. Had Johnson never pardoned them, they never would have been able to hold office and perhaps there may have never been any Jim Crow laws.

In fact, because of that 1868 pardon, America, continues to suffer. So many people continue to praise those traitors as “heros.” Praising traitors against America is horrible for this country. That 1868 ‘pardon’ is still causing massive divisions.

2) 1974: President Ford issued a “pardon” to Nixon for his crimes.

Though President Ford had hoped the pardon would help bring the nation together, it mostly had the opposite effect. The pardon angered many Americans who wished to see Mr. Nixon brought to justice for his crimes.

“Instead of further salving the wound of Watergate, Ford re-opened it,” according to the University of Virginia’s Miller Center of Public Affairs. “The howls of protest from both politicians and the public … greatly damaged Ford’s popularity and ended his honeymoon.”

It was a terrible idea for Ford to give Nixon a pardon. Among other things, it enabled all politicians, including Trump, to commit their crimes.

All criminals must be held accountable for their crimes, and, whether they are convicted or not, they should at least be prosecuted.

Prosecuting criminals is the most important part of America’s ‘rule of law’ where no one is supposed to be above the law. Therefore, no matter who the criminal is, the U.S. government (DOJ) has got to prosecute Trump for his crimes: obstructing Congress, defrauding the U.S, criminal conspiracy.

Federal Judge David O. Carter ruled that Trump “more likely than not” committed crimes against America and wrote (on page 36 of 44):

President Trump knew how to pursue election claims in court—after filing and losing more than sixty suits, this plan [obstructing electoral count] was a last-ditch attempt to secure the Presidency by any means.

The illegality of the plan was obvious. Our nation was founded on the peaceful transition of power, epitomized by George Washington laying down his sword to make way for democratic elections. Ignoring this history, President Trump vigorously campaigned for the Vice President to single-handedly determine the results of the 2020 election. As Vice President Pence stated, “no Vice President in American history has ever asserted such authority.”

Based on the evidence, the Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021.

Dr. Eastman and President Trump launched a campaign to overturn a democratic election, an action unprecedented in American history. Their campaign was not confined to the ivory tower—it was a coup in search of a legal theory. The plan spurred violent attacks on the seat of our nation’s government, led to the deaths of several law enforcement officers, and deepened public distrust in our political process.

Judge Carter goes on to say Trump should be prosecuted for his crimes.

If Dr. Eastman and President Trump’s plan had worked, it would have permanently ended the peaceful transition of power, undermining American democracy and the Constitution. If the country does not commit to investigating and pursuing accountability for those responsible, the Court fears January 6 will repeat itself.

Not prosecuting Trump for his crimes, and even the perception that Trump won’t be prosecuted, has already proven to be harmful to America and is crippling/destroying our country from within.

For example, because Trump has gotten away with so many crimes, (even his pre-seditious conspiracy crimes) that now Trump’s ‘voters’ are brainwashed with lies and filled with hatred against their fellow Americans. Ok. Nothing we can do to de-programming his voters. However, at least if Trump is prosecuted for his crimes, his voters will at least ‘hear’ some truth and facts. But who gives a damn if they don’t? Since when should America only prosecute criminals that Trump’s voters approve of?

There is ample evidence that Trump and his cronies committed crimes — and — ample evidence Trump & his cronies all knew they were committing crimes.

Those we know of who begged Trump for a pardon: Mark Meadow, Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Greene, Andy Biggs, Mo Brooks, Louie Gohmert, and Scott Perry.

Trump didn’t just commit crimes, — people all across America had their lives and lives of their family threatened because of Trump’s crimes; some people died because of Trump’s crimes — and, if Trump is not prosecuted, the country may die.

I contend that every time in history, when someone has been given a pardon, a free-pass, for their crimes against America, it has been detrimental to America and to the future of America.

I agree with Judge Carter, “If the country does not commit to investigating and pursuing accountability for those responsible … January 6 will repeat itself.”

Former Federal Prosecutor Glenn Kirschner also agrees “Yes!” is the only answer: “I certainly would have charged every d@mn criminal politician who committed offenses against the United States. That’s kinda the responsibility of federal prosecutors.”

Today I asked Texas D.A. Ramirez office, “Why did D.A. Ramirez ask a Grand Jury to indict Lizelle Herrera for a ‘murder’ charge he admits does not exist.” Their answer was non-responsive, they would only say, “please refer to the statement put out by our office.”

D.A. Ramirez statement does not answer that question.

Therefore, it now appears that TX D.A. Ramirez knowingly and intentionally violated Ms. Herrera’s:

Constitutional right to Abortion,
Constitutional right against Excessive Bail ($500,000.00),
Constitutional right against False Imprisonment.

This is an extremely dangerous situation for all women — all women.

D.A. Ramirez must be forced to explain why he, and his office, are indicting women for “murder” charges they know do not exist.

McConnell Blew It! He Thought He'd Rid GOP of Trump; Instead GOP Embrace Trump's Terrorist Agenda

Convicting Trump was McConnell’s last chance to rid his GOP party of Trump and McConnell blew it! McConnell tried to build wall between Trump and the GOP party; but instead he handed the GOP party to: Donald Trump, Matt Gaetz, Don Jr., Proud Boys, and all the other domestic terrorists who waged deadly insurrection on America.

Now the GOP party officially supports Trump’s terrorist agenda.

McConnell blew it!

Convicting Trump was the easiest vote any GOP Senator would have ever cast in their life. Trump sent terrorists to overthrow the 2021 electoral process and kill anyone who got in their way; hell yes convict him!

Ok, GOP, so ya’ don’t give a damn about protecting America because you care more about your own power than protecting the country; well, convicting Trump was still the easiest vote any GOP Senator would have ever cast in their life.

Trump sent his terrorists to kill every one of them, including GOP; hell yes convict him! Trump sent terrorists to kill his own GOP Vice President, a guy who GOP Senators have been friends with for over 30 years; hell yes convict him! Trump sent terrorists to kill cops in order to hunt down every member Congress to kill them; hell yes convict him!

Trump’s terrorist agenda is for him to stay in power and he does not give one damn how many GOP members of Congress need to be killed in the process; hell yes convict him!

No matter what excuses anyone uses and no matter which party you’re in, there was absolutely nothing hard about convicting Trump.

‘But I might lose in a primary’ — you almost lost your life, convict him!

‘But Trump’s terrorists will be mad at me & will send me death threats’ — Trump’s terrorist just tried to kill you, convict him!

Convicting Trump would have neutered Trump, his terrorists, and his insane QQ-QQ-QQ members of Congress.

Not convicting Trump gave Trump and every one of his QQs much more power over the GOP party. Domestic terrorism will be an even bigger threat the U.S. national security and Trump’s terrorists will be an even bigger threat to the lives of every member Congress.

McConnell blew it and he blew it because he tried to change the GOP political equation that the GOP party have successfully used for decades to ‘control’ their cult-base.

McConnell cares about two things (hint: not America)

his own power (which means maintaining GOP majority),
money (unlimited donations to GOP party)

The formula for the ‘old’ GOP “political calculations” was:

Vilification:

Notice vilification is key to the equation. Vilification has always been essential in the GOP political calculation because that is what they used to build and create their base, their QQ-cult-base.

For decades the GOP leaders like Ronald Reagan, Mitch McConnell, etc., built their GOP voting base by training their supporters to be in a perpetual state of anger. They did this by demonizing and vilifying: minorities, unions, worker’s rights, teachers, education, poor people, lower-middle class people etc., and GOP scandals.

Perpetual State of Anger:

Their perpetual state of anger caused them to become ‘self-brainwashed’’ to such a degree they reject facts, truth, and empathy. They refuse to listen to any news or political opinion that have not first been vetted through a lens that will feed their anger.

The vilification, perpetual state of anger, part of the equation is method used by cults.

Since at least the 1960s, the GOP politicians have fed their base anger, hatred, and lies; which created a cult-minded base. Feeding the GOP base anger and hate It’s what talking-heads call: “Republicans tossing red meat to their base. “

GOP scandals:

As the equation above shows, “Republican” is in the numerator and denominator. The equation is formulated that was so all the Republican politicians have shared leadership of the cult, not just ‘one’ leader. So when a GOP scandal erupted, the GOP politicians would ‘condemn’ the scandal but not the wrong-doer. As a result of ‘condemning the scandal but not the wrong-doer’ all the GOP politicians were able to maintain shared leadership over their base-cult.

Take for example, Iran-Contra. GOP politicians condemned it, but at the same time protected the wrong-doers; praised and said good things about the wrong-doers. That allowed the GOP cult-base to do the same: condemn the action but not the GOP criminals involved.

In fact, in Iran-Contra, the GOP equation yielded the GOP cult-base to elect and/or elevate the GOP criminals involved: GHW Bush, Oliver North, Ronald Reagan. As you can see, the old GOP equation yields the GOP politicians (even the criminals) maintaining shared leadership over their cult.

McConnell tried to change the GOP equation:

McConnell no longer wanted Trump to share leadership over their cult so on Saturday, McConnell tried to change the equation to: ‘condemn the act and condemn the wrong-doer but don’t punish the wrong-doer.’

Notice, McConnell added: ‘and condemn the wrong-doer.’

McConnell must have thought he could change the equation to yield a result that would rid the GOP of Trump. But McConnell was wrong because Trump had already changed the equation. Trump’s equation puts “Trump” in the numerator and denominator, not “Republican”

Trump’s new GOP equation is:

Trump Power over cult-base = Trump + x

Trump

where variable x = vilification of you-name-it

Remember, in the past GOP kept their cult-base in line by periodically feeding them hate, lies, and propaganda. In the past, the GOP politicians did not feed their cult daily, or even monthly. Usually, the GOP politicians would feed their cult-base during primary season and then, after the election, they’d put their GOP base back in the attic until the next election day.

Of course that pissed off their cult-base because their base wanted to be fed more than just a few times every few years. But that’s the way it was, so the GOP base had to deal with it.

Then came Fox News (1990s) and then came Trump (2008-09). In the 1990’s the GOP cult-base looked to Fox News to feed them hate, lies, and propaganda which kept them in that perpetual state of anger they crave. Fox News kept the GOP cult-base in that ‘self-brainwashed’’ state to such a degree they reject facts, truth, and empathy. They refuse to listen to any news or political opinion that have not first been vetted through a lens of Fox News. The GOP party were happy to let Fox feed their cult-base so they went along with all the lies told on Fox.

Around 2008-09 Trump started the vilification of President Obama with his “birther” lies. Since McConnell wanted to make Obama a one-term president, McConnell was happy to passively use Trump’s birther lies, to keep the GOP base in a perpetual state of anger.

From 2009-2020 the GOP politicians kept using the old GOP equation where they’d condemn Trump’s actions of this or that, but not condemn Trump. By 2012 the GOP politicians had given Trump so much power that Mitt Romney had to publicly kiss Trump’s ring in order to get the GOP base to support him in the 2012 election. GOP politicians did those things as a way to maintain shared leadership over their base-cult.

Between 2015-2020 Trump was feeding the GOP cult-base almost daily dose of lies, propaganda, and anger. Trump turned the old GOP cult-base into the QQ-QQ-QQ Trump cult-base.

The new QQ-QQ-QQ Trump cult-base are still self-brainwashed and still reject facts, truth and empathy, but now they refuse to listen to any Republican’s opinion that has not first been vetted by Trump. They only listen to Trump, no one but Trump.

Trump radicalized his cult so much so that they now support Trump’s terrorist agenda.

So on Saturday, when the GOP Senate cast their “approval” vote, Trump cult-base heard

‘We, in the GOP party, approve of Trump inciting a deadly Insurrection so he can maintain power’ and ‘We approve of Trump sending his domestic terrorists to kill us all & kill his own Vice President for Trump to maintain power,’ and ‘All Hail Trump’

That’s what they heard.

McConnell’s failed new GOP calculations ended up doing three things:

It empowered Trump, the Proud Boys, Matt Gaetz, Don Jr. Marjorie Greene and all the other QQ-QQ-QQ domestic terrorists in GOP base.
It pissed off Trump who is now threatening to punish McConnell & boot Mitch from ‘leadership’. (And since Trump is pissed off at McConnell, so is the QQ-GOP cult-base.)
It officially marked the GOP party of supporting Trump’s terrorist agenda.

Basically, McConnell’s ‘new’ GOP equation had the exact opposite result of what McConnell wanted.

Oh sure, conviction would have pissed off Trump’s QQ-GOP base cult, but their voices would have been muted, Trump would have been muted, and Trump’s domestic terrorists would have been muted.

But because McConnell blew it, Lindsey Graham already came out and said “Look, I’m sorry what happened on January 6th … but realize without Trump we’ll never get back in the majority.’

Translation: ‘Look I’m sorry Trump tried to kill us all, but we need Trump & his terrorists to stay in power….”

There ya’ go. The GOP officially support Trump’s terrorist agenda..

McConnell not only put U.S. national security at risk by allowing Trump’s domestic terrorists to rise, McConnell also destroyed what was left of his own political party and gave his party to Trump & to Trump’s terrorists.

No, I do not feel sorry for McConnell or the GOP party. McConnell and the entire GOP party laid down with Trump’s terrorist agenda and now they’re covered in it.

But the next time you hear Lindsey Graham say ‘we’ve got to win back the House and Senate to get rid of Biden’s radical socialist agenda’ — remember: the GOP voted in “approval” of and support Trump’s radical terrorist agenda.

Here’s what Capitol police know

Trump incited a mob to kill any Capitol police officer who got in the way of their hunting to kill VP Pence and Congress — (deadly Insurrection).
For 5 long hours Trump did not send backup to help Capitol police who were being: killed, stabbed, eyes gouged out, beaten with poles and fire extinguishers, etc. (National Guard did not arrive at Capitol til 5:40pm)
One Capitol police officer was murdered, 2 committed suicide, 140 injured, and an untold number suffering PTSD from Trump’s Insurrection.
Trump told his cop killers “We love you.”

So my question is this:

Q: How many of Capitol police officers (and DC cops) will zealously protect the GOP (and staff) who say: ‘Donald Trump has a Constitutional right to incite a mob to do those things: kill cops, beat cops, etc.’

Cops are only human & they do have a fraternal brotherhood with each other. I’m not a cop, but it seems to me cops would be pissed at what Trump unleashed on them and at the GOP supporting what Trump did.

I have no doubt that Capitol cops will do their job to protect everyone no matter who they are; that’s not the question.

The question is, will they “zealously” protect, and I wouldn’t be surprised if at some level, Capitol police (& DC police) consciously (or subconsciously) impassively protect the GOP, who vigorously support Trump’s deadly Insurrection on them.

Trump always tosses his ‘shiny object’ bullshit to distract us from what he’s really up to (usually a crime). And even though Trump is a moron, Trump does know he lost the election.

Here’s what else we know: Trump owes $425M to some foreign country and there’s been buzz in the media that Trump may sell classified intel to pay off his hefty debts: here, here, and here.

They gather classified documents for Trump to sell so Trump can pay off the $425 Million he owes some foreign country, and pay Trump’s other debts.

Shred all the documents and evidence Trump hid from Congress;

Shred evidence showing the crimes Bill Barr did for Trump;

Yes, Trump knows he lost but if he were to admit it, then Biden would have access to Intel and that would not give Trump enough time to complete his new criminal grift.

Trump does not give one damn about America, Americans, or democracy. So anyone thinking “oh Trump would never jeopardize national security for personal gain.” Well, he has and he would again.

Most recent time was in October 2020 Trump was hell-bent on having Bill Barr arrest President Obama and Joe Biden. He talked about it on Fox and said he didn’t care about safeguarding classified intelligence -- he just wants Barr to indict President Obama & Joe Biden.

Trump "I released everything, every document, I don't care what it pertains to.” Trump reiterated and said, “I released everything. I've declassified. I'm the only one in the country that has the power to do that. I've declassified everything.”

Let that sink in. Trump said did not give one damn what the intelligence he gave DOJ pertained to.

He released it for his own personal gain. Period.

In the same Fox interview, Trump threatened to fire Bill Barr if he does not arrest President Obama and Joe Biden.

Trump “Bill Barr has all the information he needs. They wanna get more, more, more, they keep getting more, I say: 'You don’t need any more. You got more stuff than anybody’s ever had. I told Bill I'm going to have to get involved. Unless Bill Barr indicts these people for crimes ... he'll just have to go, because I won't forget it.”

Is that another thing Trump is plotting? Arrest President Obama and Joe Biden before 1/20/2021?

Unfathomable but yes, we do have a guy in the WH who has proven over & over again that he will lie, cheat, and steal anything and everything for his own personal gain. And don’t forget, Trump deliberately let 245,000 Americans die from COVID for his own personal gain. So hell yes Trump would sell classified intelligence after he leaves — hell yes he would.

Trump said his secret police will be in “Democrat cities” for “at least 60 days” arresting protesters because “If Biden got in...The whole country would go to hell. And we’re not going to let it go to hell.”

From New York Times: The election is a little over 100 days away & for “at least 60 days” Trump’s secret police will be under the control of criminally corrupt Bill Barr’s DOJ and will only be stationed in cities run by elected democrats arresting protesters (aka voters).

Let that sink in.

If you read between the lines (RBTL) of Trump’s comments, it’s clear that Trump created a secret police to arrest protesters, shove them in vans, take them to gawd knows where, for lord knows how long in Trump’s plot to disrupt voter’s rights and prevent them for voting for Biden and other democrats.

TRUMP: “I’m going to do something — that, I can tell you. Because we’re not going to let New York and Chicago and Philadelphia and Detroit and Baltimore and all of these — Oakland is a mess. “Talk” section in Wikipedia shows wiki-editors using Sean Hannity-style propaganda to cover-up Reade’s changing stories & bury facts.

The “talk” section on wikipedia pages is where the so-called ‘editors’ of wikipedia discuss on what to publish on their pages. But what you’ll find are a bunch of unhinged misfits pushing their own political agendas discussing ways to bury facts that get in the way of their political agenda. Just like Sean Hannity.

Click on the “talk” section in a wikipedia article of Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegations and you’ll think you’ve stepped into the behind the scenes show of Hannity or Alex Jones. You’ll read wiki’s faux-editor’s writing all kinds of crazy bullshit reasons for covering up Tara Reade’s changing stories saying.”

Hop on over to the article itself and you’ll see wikipedia’s political bias right away in the lead paragraph where wiki starts with Tara’s 2020 story and then her 2019. Odd. Real encyclopedia chronicle timelines of events beginning with the oldest date first.

Scroll down and you’ll see the faux-editors put their version of Tara’s 2019 story buried underneath a main heading titled “Background.” But they give Tara’s 2020 allegation a main heading all by itself.

When I read that, I thought WTF? Where’s her actually ‘allegation.’ Where’s the part of her allegation where she says Joe Biden only touched her hair, shoulders, and neck? And where she said she didn’t feel sexualized but she felt like an inanimate object, a lamp. And where her friend said, yeah, Tara told me at the time Joe Biden only touched her hair, shoulder’s and neck.

You read any newspaper about this event and that’s the first thing you read about. So why the hell does a so-called online encyclopedia leave all that out? Well, go to the “talk” section and you’ll see their fake-editors discussing justifying covering up what Tara Reade’s story really was in 2019.

At one point the fake-editors take a “survey” to see what should go into the lead. The want don’t want to say “sexual assault” in the lead; they want to use “fingered” and “penetrated” instead.

Tara Reade’s "account" began in April 3, 2019, not March 2020. An entire year of Reade's account is missing. Does anyone know why? Reade's 2019 account should obviously include "Reade's Account."

Trump is dangerous and literally threatens people (Cuomo & all governors) who refuse to accept his Grandiose delusions. A delusional POTUS is a dangerous POTUS.

Trump’s dangerous psychotic episodes need to be taken as the serious threat to all Americans that they are.

We need to call him what he is: A dangerous psychopath. We must stop simply damping down is threat to America by simply saying: ‘ ‘he’s nuts’ & ‘he doesn’t understand the Constitution’ & ‘he’s mean-tweeting again.’

How dangerous are Trump’s delusions? How dangerous are Trump’s threats to people who refuse to accept his Grandiose delusions?

Trump’s “Absolute Power" delusion:

Trump puts all American lives at risk of being infected and possibly dying from coronavirus with his delusional “absolute power” stance. Congress, media, and us ignoring his delusion & simply chalking it up as “Trump’s cray” allows Trump to further ignore: medical science, epidemiology, and virology in his attempt for us to accept his delusion.

Trump needs us to accept his delusion so he can pretend infection/death numbers are so low that the economy should start back up — which — is all done to help HIS political campaign so he can retain his delusion of “absolute power”

Trump’s Absolute Threats Put Our Lives In Danger

Trump’s threats to people who refuse to accept his Grandiose delusions are dangerous AF & threaten all our lives.

Trump’s No Federal Testing

Trump abdicated all responsibility to provide a national comprehensive testing is dangerous AF. Dr. Fauci and other medical experts say testing is an essential part of being able to reopen the economy safely. So, if left up to only governor’s then some governors (especially rwnjs) may not do any testing to reopen which will put every single American’s life at risk.
