Hard to believe, but there isn't any decent left-wing radio to listen to in New York City, so I'm stuck with the wack-a-doodle right-wingers on WABC.
So Larry Kudlow is holding court this morning. The man is clearly worried. He apologized to his audience for pointing out that Obama's poll figures have been above 50 percent for 9 straight days and this means trouble for McCain.
His prescription for McCain is to call for tax cuts that would lead to job creation. He says that calling for spending cuts - what he calls "root canal Republicanism" and government reform is not working.
Then a caller calls up and says that McCain has mentioned Al Gore as a possible Treasury secretary!
Update: Kudlow also says that going negative won't work for McCain. He rightly points out that the economy is the issue and job creation is the way to go.
