This is especially for those in the Feb. 3 states: Who's got ads on the air where you live? Which candidates have visited your state?
I live in Michigan and the only ads I've seen were Gephart's (though I don't watch much TV and live in conservative West Mich). I know Dean has visited Detroit a few times and Gephart came around right before Iowa (maybe he should have stayed in Iowa... same with Dean and his Georgia trip). What's happening on the ground where you are?
I want to get a sense of whether people have seen much of the campaigns except for the media obsession with Howard Dean (You know- the Anti-war, angry liberal screamer who can't beat Bush). Can Edwards and Kerry coast through on free media and positive press? Or will they have to try to raise money quick enough and buy air time quick enough to compete with ads, especially given that their new front-runner status will invite the Media Slime Machine to be turned on them. Don't you have to buy TV time in advance? Will campaigns be able to still buy ads in the later states as this stretches on?
