Delaware is a Feb 3 primary state, and an under-polled one.
SUSA gives us some juice. MoE 5%. "Certain voters". No trend lines.

This is horrible news for Lieberman, who has probably the only candidate to pay any attention to the state (with multiple state visits).
Meanwhile, Illinois is a March 16 state, so chances are it won't count. But given the tightening of the race, there's an outside (though miniscule) chance it might matter.

In any case, even if we do get to Illinois, there will only be two candidates left, so this poll is all but useless.
