The cloture vote is scheduled for 6pm ET. Dodd(D) has led the push for a possible filibuster if information about the NSA intercepts from the administration is not forthcoming. (See Day 1 - Part 5 diary linked below for more background).

"We should delay this until we see that information; it's a matter of right and wrong," Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., maintained at the start of a second day of Senate debate over John R. Bolton's fitness and qualifications. "It is right for us to get that information, it is wrong for the administration to withhold it."
No word yet on how Feinstein will vote on the cloture matter. Please contact her office here ASAP.
