I just have a simple question for those of you who hold deeply Christian values, and believe that Jesus is the Way, The Light, The End, and should be in Government. This question is for the hard core Christian Right.
Why don't you trust Jesus?
You homeschool your children, and teach their hearts to know Christ. You believe that knowing Jesus is the answer to all of the world's problems. You practice what you preach, which I think is admirable.
When will your children be old enough or
Jesusy enough for you to trust them?
If Jesus is truly in their hearts and souls, won't he guide them to do the right thing? Won't he protect them from the evil? I mean if you have taught your children well, and in all seriousness, you as parents are Christ filled Christians.......,
.......I wonder why you don't have more Faith in Jesus.
I have just one more question.
When you get to heaven if I am there, will you be disappointed?
It is time to reframe the debate and take morals out of politics. Whomever is on the other side of the moral question is amoral. Hence democrats fear of standing up for what they believe in and know is right.
It is time to frame the debate in terms of what is ethical, fair and for the common good.
Example: How is it ethical, fair or for the common good for a pregnant Latino immigrant with 13 children to be denied access to birth control, when she
doesn't have the means to feed the children she has? It isn't.
But these right wing hack christians would rather see a child born to dire poverty, suffer from mal-nutrition, be raised in an environment of pure stress then offer this woman birth control?
