What a relief!
After months of agonizing inaction, Pennsylvania voters made a bold step in reclaiming the integrity of their elections, today. A diverse group of Pennsylvanians from across the state are taking legal recourse against an intransigent bureaucracy, which refuses to acknowledge what is obvious to all computer scientists...
these computerized voting machines stink.
Because of their two worst features: unverifiability and lack of security, computer voting fraud represents the single biggest threat to our democracy.
Verifiable voting is all that stands between us, and a Decidership.
As a plaintiff in this lawsuit, I will have my day in court.
A big thank you to the volunteer-patriots: attorneys from Drinker, Biddle law firm, who are donating their valuable time, and Berwyn attorney Marian Schneider, who drafted the complaint while caring for a child and managing a household. She has shouldered this legal case with grace and brilliance.
Thanks, also, to American Hero Lowell Finley, for his expertise and good karma.
Democracy begins with fair and verifiable voting, and ends without it.
May the road ahead be full of light and free of obstacles.
