Browsing before drowsing, as I always do. I stumbled upon that old staple for late night entertainment
Red State.org.
I check a story or two of the same old usual suspects and I find this ...
this gem of a Diary from there, I invite everyone to click the link (below) and see the "debate" in action.
Beware .... it's .... an ..... ugly one.
Most Redstate article generate somewhere between a half a dozen, to maybe 50 or 60 comments.
This thread ... is up to 300 comments, and folks? It's a trip, and it's a mixed up GOP mosaic of 2008.
The piece comes with a disclaimer by the author:
UPDATE: While I am delighted this thread is getting so much attention, I would remind everyone to be civil and respect the legitimate disagreements we may have about policy without shouting and calling each other names-- While that request applies to Redstate regulars, it applies particularly to my fellow supporters of Dr. Paul-- We are not going to get traction for our ideas by alienating our fellow conservatives. Lets let our ideas speak for themselves.

Of course there's the usual jewels such as this one:
Over the weekend at the anti-war/anti-American rally in Washington there were quite a few communists that were carrying Ron Paul signs and other assorted individuals I'd like to wipe my boots on.
But there's also plenty of good Ol' Republican frustration, and some who .. well would just rather not have the whole debate anymore:
As someone who is neither supportive or against RP reading through this comment section is grueling.
Any way to call a moratorium on the entire debate?
Republicans gone wild? Or what.
