Are you mad as hell at the Bush Republicans?
You'd think that Republicans would've gotten the clue. President Bush is at record low approval ratings. Yet the Bush Republicans still prevent our troops from coming home from Iraq. They still uphold the President's veto of S-CHIP and it's expansion of health coverage to 10 million kids. They're still trying to protect big business cronies by granting retroactive immunity to the telecommunications companies who participated in the President's illegal, warantless wiretapping program.
It's clear that Republicans like Randy Kuhl and Dave Reichert will support President Bush at every turn... again and again and again.
We’ve got a message for Randy and Dave: we’re mad as hell and we’re not going to take it anymore!
Today, DFA members are proud to endorse progressive Democrats Eric Massa and Darcy Burner. We are raising thousands of dollars to support their campaigns, join us with a contribution of $20.08 right now.

More after the jump:
Everyone in the DFA community is excited about Darcy and Eric. Both were finalists in the 2007 Grassroots All-Star Vote and our local groups and members supplied the boots on the ground in 2006. That's why they're both receiving an A-List endorsement today. This year, we're bringing the DFA Training Academy to Bellevue, WA and Rochester, NY to back them up.
As DFA Chair Jim Dean said in an email message today announcing the news:
DFA-List endorsed candidates, Eric Massa and Darcy Burner, are working to win, fighting to turn back the Bush agenda and move America forward.
You know what's at stake. We all have to fight alongside them.
More from Jim Dean:
When the President vetoed health care coverage for 10 million children, he knew Republican Congressman Randy Kuhl would back him up. Because Randy always does.
When the President wanted to kill Social Security, he knew Republican Congressman Dave Reichert would back him up. Because Dave always does.
Iraq, Iran, health care, global warming -- no matter what the issue is Reps. Kuhl and Reichert just can't wait to rubberstamp whatever President Bush wants.
But we've got a message for Randy and Dave: we're mad as hell and we're not going to take it anymore.
Send a message to the Republicans. Contribute $20.08 right now to two great progressives.

You know Darcy Burner: She grew up in a blue-collar military family. She knows firsthand the sacrifices American soldiers make. Her brother is a veteran of the War in Iraq and her husband is an Army veteran. Darcy will fight everyday to end the Iraq War and bring our troops home.
Her opponent, Rep. Reichert, would rather spend his time taking photo-ops with the President at big money closed-door fundraisers than bring our troops home.
You know Eric Massa: He served in the US Navy for 24 years. He has the knowledge and the backbone to bring an end to the war in Iraq. As a cancer survivor, Eric will lead the fight for universal health care. He supports a single payer system focused on prevention and early diagnosis in which the doctor-patient relationship remains personal and private.
His opponent, Rep. Kuhl, would rather send more of our brave men and women in uniform to Iraq than work to fix our broken health care system.
The choice is clear.
As Jim Dean said today:
Support progressive candidates with a positive vision for America's future and don't sit on the sidelines while Republicans destroy our Republic.
