Okay, it's late Saturday night here, and I'm watching water coming down here in Chicago in practically every state other than steam. While reading this marvelous rescued diary by SteveG I suddenly felt an inspiration to ask my fellow Kossacks, "Who makes you laugh?"
There have been a number of entertaining diaries lately regarding favorite movies, favorite movies of certain genres, favorite lines of movie dialogue, etc.
And as much as I love movies, and as much as I love music, I don't know if there's anybody I've appreciated more when it comes to helping me get through the day than those folks who quite simply make me laugh.
So, let's hear from you folks. Don't limit yourelf to any specific sub-genre. Be it a stand-up who consistently writes his or her own material, or an actor who never speaks a line that wasn't written by somebody else, but who consistently presents those lines with a great comic delivery. Humorists of the written word are welcomed, as are mimes, circus clowns, cartoonists, or that guy who sat next to you in third grade who could manipulate his hand under his armpit to create the most convincing fart noises.
