In todays gaggle, Snow fires this beauty:
Q: But they’re saying "at the pleasure of the president," but he said that he did not specifically know about the cases.
SNOW: No, he did not, specifically. What he does is, as the Commander-in-Chief, he also delegates responsibility to Cabinet officers. And the Attorney General had a recommendation to replace seven US attorneys, and the president said, "okay." And he approved that decision.
The administration is so debased, and it's spokesman so unversed in the former (Pre-King days) multiple roles (hats) of the President, that he now is always the Commander-in-Chief, whatever he may be deciding upon at the moment.
I'm really quite sad about the total loss of our political culture and not overly hopeful that it will ever come back....
