Edited: On page 39 of the presentation provided in the link is a chart which appears to show that malpractice insurance for all physicians in 2000 was less than it was in 1986. I don't what has happened in the last six years but I doubt it supports the conservative argument that tort reform will reduce the cost of health care. It appears to me like that is just a bogus argument.
