Good news! Your dollar can buy you a hardcover book written by a senior economic adviser to the John McCain 2008 presidential campaign. Actually your dollar goes much further than that. How about ONE HUNDRED COPIES of his book for only ONE DOLLAR? That's right, they are selling for only 1 shiny penny apiece.
You can get your copy of Kevin Hasset's "DOW 36,000 : The New Strategy for Profiting from the Coming Rise in the Stock Market" on Amazon for 1 cent. Act now, only 111 copies left!
It looks to me like the market has spoken loud and clear. The financial advice of Kevin Hassett isn't worth the paper it's written on. So perhaps his words aren't worth reading, but all that paper should be good for something. I'm generally opposed to burning books, but in this case I might make an exception for someone who can't afford heating oil thanks to following Hasset's advice on "a radically new way to determine what stocks are really worth." Any other suggestions on how to dispose of this drivel?
