CNN has just released its new polling results for Florida, Colorado, Virginia, Missouri & Georgia (?)
Nationally, Obama is up by 8 @ 50% to 42%
See below for battlegrounds, although why Georgia is in there as a battleground, I have no idea.

Colorado O=51, M=47
Florida O=51, M=46
Virginia O=53, M=43
Missouri O=48, M=49
Georgia O=45, M=53
Colorado is a little tight and I wish it were higher. Very telling, however, that he is up more in Florida than Colorado.
Georgia, I guess can be said, is way closer than historical elections have ever shown it to be...make of that what you will.
Missouri within one...go visit Missouri, Obama!
The best of course is Virginia...by 10 points. That is absolutely terrific.
A new CNN/Time Magazine/Opinion Research Corporation survey in Virginia released Wednesday indicates that Barack Obama holds a 10 point lead over McCain, 53 percent to 43 percent among likely voters. President Bush won Virginia by 9 points over Senator John Kerry in 2004 and the state hasn't voted for a Democrat in a presidential election since 1964.
"Obama is winning men and women in Virginia, and is doing well across the state east of the Blue Ridge Mountains," said CNN Polling Director Keating Holland.
GOTV, go visit 538.com to put a smile on your face and remember to take in your Obama signs for Halloween. They will be a target for not the little tricksters but the big meanies.
BONUS QUOTE FROM THE POLL:
"It looks like McCain has to play defense in states that Republicans have been able to count on in previous elections," Holland noted. "That doesn't mean he will ultimately lose those states, but it does mean he has less time and money to spend in the swing states that are likely to decide this election."
