Undoubtably these are the actions of someone leaving a Palin rally:
A hangman's noose was found near an election sign for Democratic U.S. presidential nominee Barack Obama posted near Clermont, Fla., police say.
Lake County Sheriff's Office Sgt. John Herrell said the noose, which was made of white rope, was found hanging on a barbed-wire fence near the election sign by deputies this week, The Orlando (Fla.) Sentinel said Thursday.
According to a nearb resident, this was the handiwork of the local white supremecists. And another resident lamented:
"It's unbearably heinous; it's like having the KKK right here in Clermont," resident Barbara Reed said, referring to the Ku Klux Klan white supremacy group.
Having lived in the area, I wouldn't doubt it if it was the KKK. Their numbers are dwindling, but every now and then one crawls out from under their rock. Unfortunately for them, their days are numbered in Florida, which is increasingly beginning to look like the Real America, not their America.
Sorry, wankers, but your nooses aren't going to stop us from closing the final chapter on your sorry, sullied history.
Sadly, Orlando Police indicated this does not constitute a crime under state law. Go figure.
