WCCO in Minneapolis, "Could Allegations Invalidate Senate Results!!!"
This is my first diary entry but felt compelled to share the news from Minnesota Senate Race. According to a news story by WCCO's Esme Murphy regarding a Somali, paid staffer of Senator Coleman whom was hired by Sen. Coleman to translate at the polls. People have come forward to state that the staffer was telling Somali people in the Somali language to "vote for Coleman".
Here's an interesting excerpt (quote from the news article):
"The issue could end up being the basis of a legal challenge. According to Prof. Joe Daly of Hamline University, state election law has a provision that if there is a deliberate, serious or material violation of state election law, a district court judge must gather the evidence and present it to the presiding officer of the U.S. Senate, who would then decide the merits of the allegations.
The Senate could even revoke the results of the election and decide who would be seated as senator."

I hope this diary works, it was my first attempt. Thanks.
