On Friday, Supreme Court will meet to decide whether to accept the case filed by Tiger Cononfrio. The lawsuit challenges Obama's age. Mr. Cononfrio asserts that Obama cannot possibly be thirty five years old. He claims that the President elect is at most 30, give or take 2 and a half tops.
As evidence, Tiger offers the birth certificate itself. He claims that the number eight in the year of his birth on his birth certificate has been doctored. It is easy to do this, I have done this several times my self he counters any critics.
He challenges people to come up with any blog postings by Obama before 1985. Any thing short of that is not adequate evidence of Obama's age qualifications. He pleads, "Oh! come on, how many people over thirty five are as fit as he is?". He dismisses other challenges to president elect Obama's qualifications. He thinks the challenge by Ms. Kitty Aiyaiayio challenging Obama as not being a resident of the USA for at least fourteen years as frivolous. He believes that it is a copy cat suit that trivializes the seriousness of his challenge.
As evidence to support his case, he states that any one who knows JayZ moves is no way a day over thirty.
Some liberal bloggers dismiss Mr. Tiger Cononfrio as a lonely republican in the state of Vermont, who is unable to accept the fact that he is the sole republican in the entire state. Conservative radio commentators on the other hand have been very responsible in their commentary, stating that we are persuaded by Mr. Cononfrio's claims but we will not start an impeach Obama call until it is at least 20 days before president elect Obama takes oath.
Legal scholars are examining Mr. Cononfrio's evidence to see if Obama indeed has not posted a single blog post during the entire Iran Contra affair. TV commentators are asserting that Mr. Cononfrio's suit will benefit GOP.
