Governor's Press Conference
The Illinois Attorney General is also investigating the company.
So far Bank of America has refused to reinstate the credit lines. More than 200 union workers are occupying the company's plant after being laid off last week.
A meeting is expected to place between the workers, company and bank later this afternoon, set up by Illinois congressman Luis Gutierrez.
President Elect Obama has also come out publically in favor of the workers in a press conference yesterday afternoon.
Will add more as info becomes available.
Updated: Governor Blagojevich says that the state will file an injunction against the company to make sure they follow the federal law in giving the workers the pay and benefits they're owed.
