Hello!
If anyone objects to my posting this on Kos, I will delete, because it isn't exactly a political diary (and it's REALLY not a candidate diary!).
I am planning to take a trip to DC in early April. It will be my 9-year old son and I. More below the fold...
I have visited DC twice, but each time was only for a few hours and the only things that I've seen are the Air and Space Museum and Arlington National Cemetery. My son has never been there, so everything we do will be new to both of us (except for Arlington, I'd like to go back there).
I am looking to you, dear Kossacks, for advice for things to do and places to eat - anything kid-friendly would be especially appreciated! We will be driving down so I will have a car there, but I would like to take the Metro as much as possible to get around, because I'm not a fan of traffic and streets that change to one way only during certain times (we learned that the hard way last time I went).
Thanks in advance!
