I'm a big fan of the Smart Board that CNN uses to track county results state by state. I want one of those for my house. If anyone is thinking of getting me an early Christmas present, please consider buying me a Smart Board fully equipped with whatever software will enable me to play with the county election results as they come in. Better yet, throw in John King also so I don't have to figure out how to use the damn thing.
Until then, I must do these things by hand. Below are two Texas county maps. The first is the county primary results from March 4th, copied straight from CNN's website. It is color coded according to which candidate won individual counties. Margins are not reflected, so counties that a candidate won by 1% will be the same color as counties where the candidate won by 20%.

The second map reflects the caucus results as reported on BOR. I am doing this manually until I acquire a Smart Board. I'm following the same system as the one established by CNN, only this one reflects the county results as they come in. I will update this periodically, but I will need to go to bed eventually also. In the meantime, I hope you find this interesting.
