I'm saying cause for the last 4 days, they have gone from an 8 point Obama lead to a 1 point lead, meaning that if the trend continues, McCain will actually lead tomorrows tracking poll, or Saturday's.
Friday, a lot of Obama's voters are out for the night, so thats not excatly his strongest polling day, the same for Saturday.
So, i'm expecting that after today's big "fight" over race card, Britney Spears, low road ads, either it pushes McCain over the top, or turns the tracking polls in Obama's way again. By tomorrow or Saturday, we might get a clear picture of who won the day (or the week). Obama or McCain?
I'm not really worried. John Kerry was swiftboated during the Olympics yes, but the convention and VP selection had already happened, leaving Kerry completely defenseless until the first debate in September. But any attack or narrative that could be placed on Obama by McCain during the next 2 weeks can be stoped and reversed by the VP selection and the Convention.
Imagine if John Kerry had his acceptance speech after the swift boat attacks began?
Anyway, it will be interesting to see the Gallup poll tomorrow. Cross your fingers!
