FBI investigators have confirmed that they now have enough evidence to indict the Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich.
A source tells CBS 2 News Wednesday night that a team of federal agents believes it has the evidence needed to indict Governor Rod Blagojevich. Investigators believe they’ve established solid evidence of fraud and conspiracy.
The final decision will be Patrick Fitzgerald's though, and he has proven in the past that he is not the type to taint elections.
Rich Miller has heard that an indictment though possible, isn't in the works just yet, he says:
I been hearing for a while that an indictment is not imminent, so I’m not sure where this is coming from.

If McCain continues to tank, expect a lot of pressure to be placed on the US Attorney in Chicago. I don't think he will cave, but October could have it's surprise.
I ain't scared, but I wanted to give a heads up.
Full disclosure: even I think Blago needs to end up in the clink, but the fact is that Obama has never been a part of the Chicago machine. He ran against it for State Senate, Congress, and the US Senate. For those of you outside of Illinois, I know you have some idea of the magnitude of Barack's accomplishments, but winning two out of three against the Daley machine, is nearly impossible. As an aside, he also helped our current Treasurer win a primary and the general against the three most powerful people in IL politics, Daley, Speaker Madigan, and Governor Blagojevich.
