There have been a few diaries in the WHEE series so far on being fit through eating and dieting. Small portions, healthy food, low carbohydrates, lean meats etc. We have also had diaries on weight loss and exercise. For today's diary I have no particular theme because I have no motivation to think about healthy eating or exercising. Lack of motivation is the reason that I decided to volunteer for today's diary spot.

Every few months I seem to fall off the wagon on exercising and healthy eating. Up until May I seem to have been good about it but since then I have been very irregular in my gym visits. Food intake has been somewhat healthy but not exceptional like I would want it to be. My demotivation/unmotivation hit an all time low over the weekend and I even avoided reading WHEE diaries because that would make me feel more guilty about not moving limbs.
Between June and last week I would walk my dog every day for about 2-3 miles. He is a good companion and because of him I always end up walking
But, I know that 2-3 miles is not enough for me to loose weight and I can feel that I have put on weight. I am scared to stand on the scale :(.
A few weeks to motivate myself I made purchased a pilates machine. Years ago I would regularly do pilates and I love it.
But my motivation has not kicked in to me as yet and I seem to have used for no more than 3 times.
So, I am curious to know, do any one of you readers reach a point like mine. What do you do to kick yourself out of it? Let me add that I am not on any medication nor am I in depression (atleast I am not aware of it :))
