just one day a week for a year - it would be the same as taking 19.2 million cars off the road for a year
two days a week for a year - this would be the same as replacing all household applaince with energy efficient ones
three days a week for a year - save 300 megatons of greenhouse emissions. The same as replacing all US cars with Toyota Prius models.
four days a week for a year - this would result in carbon savings quivalent to halving the domestic use of all electricity, gas, oil etc in the US
five days a week - save 498 megatons. Equivalent to planting 13 billion trees and letting them grow for ten years
six days a week - equivalent to eliminating the total electricity in all households in the US
seven days a week (everyone is vegetarian) - the same as removing all of the cars in the USA off the roads
