I have lost myself in the current crappy headlines and idiotic echo chambers of the MSM. If seems that the Democratic Party cannot stand prosperity, everybody wants the spotlight. No one wants do do the work.
The Republican Party are pretty much sitting on their hands while the Democratic Party assemble a circular firing squad. I'm noticing that some of the so-called Progressive Blogs are opening their pages to writers of dubious progressive credentials...Huffington Post being one of the most egregious of these sites, buying into the notion that bedevils the MSM...that every story has an equal opposite view. Seriously, I know more about Beck, Drudge, O'Reilly ad infinitum, from these so-called progressive sites than anywhere else. We are allowing these people to live in our brains rent free...and now for my zen moment in what I call 'Ten Things I Forgot I Knew'.

- Nothing is comparable to the smile of a newborn. Even if it's only gas.
- Kindle and Sony readers are not books. There is a connection with the author that can only be had by anticipating the future that is the next page.
- Friends are priceless; acquaintances, not so much.

- Music, like books, can only be duplicated digitally, there are no digital musicians.
- I find I cannot hold grudges. Too heavy, and it clouds my vision.
- There are not enough smiles, no matter how many there are.
- Music should be an integral part of life. It should be savored like fine wine. Only the good stuff ages well.
