Brother, can you spare a dime? Or at least some snark for a paranoid wingnut?
Below the jump I've given you the first few threads, can you help me with some classic DKos rebuttal to right-wing nuttery? To reward you I'm willing to throw in a free, yes, free fabulous bonus video.
Me: Barack Hussein Obama did it. This skinny multiracial man - a man who had no business becoming the president of The United States - this man just gave America decades worth of progress.
Her: And we all get to pay for it! Whoo-hoo! ·
Me: Yes, unlike Mr Bush's wars, which were totally FREE and didn't cost anyone's lives or cost the taxpayers a single penny. Why should we spend any money on healthcare? I know all good Republicans will refuse Medicare when they reach age 65, right?
Her: Then why, tell me, have the taxes on my paycheck already gone up?!? As of the Feb.1st paycheck and the new "tax tables" employed by the "Holy One"...Feb 1st paycheck...Happy Bday, Jana!!!!
It's paying for the ridiculous amount of money Obama is spending! Duh. And, no, I'm not going to refuse Medicare when I'm 65 simply because I PAY INTO IT EVERY... See More PAYCHECK! And I already pay for other people's healthcare...I pay taxes which supports Medicaid. Don't try to blame everything on Bush...that's a cop-out. I've never said he was a good president (and he DEFINITELY had faults!)...but my taxes were lower and he was not pushing an agenda that requires Americans to honor the government's wishes...the VERY THING this country was founded on...ESCAPE FROM GOVERNMENT CONTROL!
Please rate it or comment, even if you hate it. You know you're also free to unload you favorite video of the day.
And scene. So, please help me out and supply some classic Kossack snark.
I'm a little under the weather (upper respiratory infection) and preparing for my work this weekend with Houston's Special Olympics Texas team. I'd really appreciate the help in delivering teh snarkiest responses.
And as promised, here's your bonus video. Swedish pop star Agnes just released a French version of her new single "Sometimes I forget" courtesy of my good friends over here.
