I had long since come to the conclusion that racism was at the heart of the anger a lot of people feel toward Obama.
Somehow when I said it, though, it seemed too pat.
I think Frank Rich nailed why Tea Baggers are so angry. It's not health care. It does include racism, but he puts it more eloquently.
