for Ohio Statewide Office or General Assembly
Taxpayers other than trusts may claim a credit for contributions
of money during the taxable year to the campaign committee
of candidates for any of the following Ohio offices:
- Governor
- Lieutenant governor
- Secretary of state
- Attorney general
- Chief justice of the Ohio Supreme Court
- Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court
- Auditor of state
- Treasurer of state
- Ohio Senate
- Ohio House of Representatives
- Ohio Board of Education
