In this week’s episode, research intern Janeen Madan discusses Bridges to Understanding, a Seattle-based non-profit that uses digital technology to empower and connect children around the world. Students participating in the Bridges curriculum are taught to use cameras and editing software to develop stories about their community and culture. Students share their videos and their stories with other students participating in the program around the world to create a global community of young activists.
