Does the car you're driving use Delphi parts? At one time they were a major GM supplier. In order to stay afloat, GM threw Delphi overboard. Likewise, in order to save their CEO's bonuses, Delphi cleansed its factories of any trace of Union representation.
Delphi eliminated most of its U.S. plants and hourly workers during bankruptcy, along with billions in pension obligations and other debts. It also cancelled salaried retiree health care and life insurance.
When it filed for bankruptcy, Delphi had 50,000 U.S. employees and more than 30 plants. It closed more than 70 sites worldwide — most in the U.S. — during bankruptcy and had four U.S. plants as of last year.
Today, Delphi has 5,000 employees in the United States. In total, 91 percent of Delphi's hourly workers are located in low-wage countries and 30 percent of its factory workers are temporary workers. Delphi no longer has any UAW-represented employees.
Delphi no longer is the exclusive before market manufacturer for GM technology and parts. But thery're still out there, hating American Families and taking their money.
It's getting close to the time for me to use this same strategy. Declare bankrupcy, and default and void every agreement I have with every single Too Big To Fail corporation and medium sized business I currently do business with or have any products made by. Time to start fucking Wall Street back.
You want to just void and make null written contracts, only to resurface filthy rich and paying your administrators top dollar while ordinary middle class families go to the poor house? 350 Million can play at this fucking game.
