This is a breaking news Diary, so I will keep it short.
She's been upgraded to good condition. That mean's she'll be out of the ICU today (wednesday) and into the TIRR rehab hospital.

Since arriving at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center on Friday, January 21, Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords has made strong progress in the Neuro ICU.
This evening, her doctors upgraded her condition from serious to good and determined that she is ready to move to TIRR Memorial Hermann. Preparations are under way for her transfer to the rehabilitation hospital sometime tomorrow morning, pending review of her medical condition early in the morning.
A news conference has been tentatively scheduled for 3 p.m. CST, Wednesday, January 26, where the congresswoman’s medical team will provide an update on her progress. Once it is confirmed, details for the news conference will be distributed.

I live in Tucson, my news preference is KVOA, they'll have a bunch of coverage all day I bet. But so will the cable networks.
