Cain Denies New Allegations, as Woman Claims They Had 13-Year Affair

ATLANTA -- Herman Cain on Monday pre-emptively denied a forthcoming accusation by a woman who is expected to say she had a 13-year affair with the Republican presidential candidate.
In an apparent effort to get ahead of the story, Cain appeared in a cable news interview to say the woman is "someone who I know, who is an acquaintance, who I thought was a friend."
MyFoxAtlanta.com released some details of the story, which is scheduled to air Monday night, shortly after Cain appeared on CNN -- identifying the accuser as an Atlanta businesswoman named Ginger White.
"It was pretty simple," White told the station. "It wasn't complicated. I was aware that he was married. And I was also aware I was involved in a very inappropriate situation, relationship."

There have been rumors that the Regime had something else up their sleeves to slam Cain again. This may be it.

So if she were gorgeous she's be believable? And he was already giving her money.

I just saw her on Special Report. She is a hard looking broad and they said she was unemployed. She looks like a perfect candidate for chicanery by this Regime. She had absolutely nothing in the way of proof of any affair and was also very vague.

Someone needs to “James O’Keefe” these MSM bastards who are setting up Cain,
What? Dress them up like 80's movie pimps?
they need to tape phone calls of the DNC offereing money to get people to tell lies about Cain and blow it all up in the faces.....

Cain may deny it, but his attorney did anything but:
Rather, this appears to be an accusation of private, alleged consensual conduct between adults – a subject matter which is not a proper subject of inquiry by the media or the public. No individual, whether a private citizen, a candidate for public office or a public official, should be questioned about his or her private sexual life
If Cain did not do it, he should fire his lawyer.

It takes a staggering amount of narcissism and arrogance for someone to run for president of the United States with this much baggage. He must think he is too big to fail.

I guess suitable proof for me would be a saucy voice mail. For some reason Herman Cain doesn’t strike me as they type to send raunchy texts. Maybe a Valentine’s day card saying “I love you with all my heart”??

Sadly, the drive-by hits will continue until Cain is nominated.
This is not going to affect my support one iota.

I will tell you what. These skilled "character assassins" are REALLY at the top of their subliminal game. They know JUST THE RIGHT AMERICAN PSYCHE BUTTONS TO PUSH TO DESTROY THIS GOOD MAN. Racist at the heart of it, and Alinsky-ist in nature. It is nothing short of disgusting!
Is this 2011 in America?
Or is this 1962??
They are libs, but they are worse than the Klan. They have nuanced it and and networked it just fine, for their nefarious purposes.
They have brought everything but the rope. /sarc

This is just a political hit job. Someone is scared of Cain and if he was really down in the polls, ask yourself: why bother with this kind of stuff? That means someone is running scared enough to plant bimbo eruption stories in the media. Oh man - it will never go away!

No - she could grab a card and have someone forge his writing. Only way to prove it is for her to release mobile phone text messages or something from Herman that can't be disputed. I doubt she has that. What she has is a trail of a lot of calls to/from Herman. While it doesn't prove anything it doesn't look good for Cain. Defending himself against 5 women is not a good place for Cain to be.

Sad, but true. If Cain goes down, who gets the biggest bounce - Perry or Gingrich?
Obama

I’m still waiting for clear and convincing evidence, not just a collection of hit and run unspecified charges. If true, I will think much less of Cain, but until there is some evidence, I’m ignoring the claims. This is exactly the same response I gave to the early charges against Bill Clinton, but I hope for a very different outcome. BTW, I predicted that the far left (Obama, mainstream media, Romney) would come up with sexual impropriety claims about Cain, whether or not it was true. This charge was inevitable in today’s political climate, even if the guy is a monk.
If this torpedoes Cain, regardless of the claim’s truth, I can still tolerate Newt, Perry, Bachmann, or some others in the race. I’d also love to see a brokered convention if we could avoid the insiders going for Romney. There is at least one superstar not in the race who I would love to see nominated.

Mistresses always live under the delusion that her paramour will leave his wife and marry her.
Maybe she thinks Mrs.Cain will be mad after Herm let her make a fool of herself giving that interview, “he wouldn’t do that”.
He’s lucky she doesn’t put him in a Hospital. OH YEAH, he asked for Secret Service protection(now we know why)....HE’S GONNA NEED IT IF THE MRS GETS HOLD OF HIM.
