How frakking stupid are Arizona legislators?
Check out the following on their birther bill:
Part of the controversial Arizona birther bill passed on Wednesday makes a certificate of circumcision (given to parent of a Jewish child after the religiously significant procedure is performed) acceptable proof of American citizenship for presidential candidates. While candidates won't be asked to "whip it out" in the State House, a documented circumcision will join a verified Christian baptism, postpartum hospital records and long-form birth certificiates (sic) as proof that candidates are indeed Americans.

This is beyond merely stupid: It's breath-taking.
By this logic anyone who's circumcised "is" an American citizen, and can, therefore, run for president, but anyone from a state that does not issue a long-form birth certificate -- a state such as Hawaii, for example -- somehow is not.
Oh -- and apparently if you can prove that you were baptized a Christian, you're in like Flynn. Obviously a carefully reasoned and thought-out piece of -shit- legislation.
Why do these idiots still have the power to legislate, again? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?
