I'm tired of this. I'm tired of the GOP seeming legitimate to people. I'm tired of people forgetting how they tanked this economy with their agenda, and left this mess on Obama's desk. But what I'm most tired of, is the lack of solidarity, the lack of a unified message, and I'm tired of LOSING TO THE GOP!
The Rasmussen generic ballot always pisses me off. How the F@$!* could people want MORE Republicans in congress? How could people prefer the GOP?
Sometimes I think its personally my fault, I can barely convince people I know how shitty the GOP platform is, and I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA! NO MORE!!
That's why although it was very underreported, and passed without much of a whimper, this past weekend I was PROUD of the Democrats who hit the pavement, PROUD of the re-tweets of every day people NOT GIVING UP and DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
Inspiring
RT @ChrisGriswold1: Had an awesome day registering voters in south west Fort Collins. We registered twenty eight people #Sumorg11 #votereg11
RT @daniellekantor: In NoVa, Hitting the pavement, registering voters. Are you fired up? I am! #dayofaction #obama2012 #VoteReg11
So I'll be doing something about this, I'll be out there DEFENDING our President, no matter his inability to get EVERYTHING that I WANT done. As he likes telling my favorite radio show host, Piolin, the fact is Obama no es un rey, he's not a king, and even though I'm young guess what, I realize that THINGS DON'T ALWAYS GO MY WAY. Tough luck. But that won't stop me from helping this man, because if for some sad sad reason Obama doesn't get reelected, and somehow we end up with a Republican House, a Republican Senate, and a Republican D-Bag in the White House...I might cry. Harder than I would've cried had Old Man McCain won. Because I'll know that it was my own party that failed Obama, Obama didn't fail us.
NOT ON MY WATCH
