The top 25 words in last nights' Republican debate was again missing words like jobs, unemployment, foreclosure and economy. Instead, the word "pills", short for contraception pills, made it in the top 25 words list. This shows that Republicans care more about what happens in bedrooms than in getting jobs.
Indeed most of the top words were about places and positions, showing that the Republicans are concerned about an entitled place in society not in fixing the problems of the country.
And of course, Obama is a focus word. But Republicans just substitute blaming the President for a discussion of policy. Indeed, "people think" still shows in the highest word usage in this debate as well as in previous debates showing that the focus is more marketing and illusion rather than substance.
If there had been any proposed fixes, then timeframe is "years" instead of immediate action.
"Bankruptcy" is the new magic word that Romney is used to try to resurrect debt as an issue instead of dealing with the health of the economy.
"Iran," "war," and "weapon" are top words that Republicans still focus on, demonstrating that they want more war instead realizing that war is too expensive for our economy.
Use of the word "border" signals demonizes non-white people again, pushing the racist buttons again.
"Earmarks" and "spending" show that the Republicans are truly trying to ensure that no help gets to the 99% of the country.
Indeed, the substance of Republicans is so light that the candidates now just use the word "things." For example, Romney says "I was fighting for those things." This is such a red flag for showing that Romney just collects "things." Romney does not reach goals, does not have values, does not deal with issues - he simply has "things." If Romney was president, we would have a King Midas turning the world into gold and collecting "things" while the rest of us die.
Indeed if I were to try to make sense of the highest used words in the Republican debate, I would assume that Republicans are most concerned about about "What the people think of the government and President Obama?"
How does this word picture of most used words fit with what you think should be the most important words in our presidential debates?
