The Sunday Puzzle series was started by Julie Waters (or juliewolf, as she posted by back then) on October 28, 2007. I believe her first JulieCrostic on Daily Kos appeared December 30, 2007.
Julie died three weeks ago. In her honor, Sunday Puzzle is featuring the Julie Waters memorial puzzle challenge -- a challenge Julie herself created, and which no one has ever completed!
So far we have completed the first 60 puzzles of Julie's Puzzle Challenge. (Well, apart from # 47; people have posted plenty of wrong answers, but no one has posted the correct answer yet.)
This morning you'll find a re-posting of puzzle 47, along with a big hint to solving it; puzzles 61 to 70, which were previewed last night in the Sunday Puzzle Warm-Up diary; and puzzles 71 to 80. You'll also find a new JulieCrostic. All that and more, just below the nurple...
First, here's today's JulieCrostic. (It's short, so as to leave more time for working on the JulieChallenge. But I've got a more challenging one lined up for next week.)
1. reasonable
2. withdraws from
3. rouses
4. Hannity and Limbaugh, to the English
5. does away with
6. hangs on a line
7. first word of King title
8. people who want to lose
9. Allen Vogt
10. Bayh and Hunter

Second, here's a repost of JulieChallenge # 47, which went unsolved last week:
JulieChallenge # 47
How many spirals are in the picture?
And here's a big clue to the solution which
I posted last week but I think most folks missed seeing:
BIG HINT for puzzle # 47
Okay, here's what those of you who have been posting incorrect guesses to the answer for this are overlooking.
You're assuming that all four of the whirl patterns in the picture are the same. They're not.
Imagine the things in the picture are shoelaces. If you have a printer, print out a copy of the picture, start at each of the shoelace tips, and color in the shoelaces. The answer should then be obvious.
If you don't have a printer (I don't) you can still solve the puzzle. But you need to look at the images closely.
