Short diary but ooooh so sweet.
A HUGE 'THANK YOU' TO ALL OF THE WI STATE CITIZENS WHO HAVE SPENT A LARGE PART OF THEIR AFTERNOON/EVENING ANSWERING QUESTIONS IN THE COMMENT SECTION BELOW. THIS DIARY IS A SUCCESS BECAUSE EACH OF YOU TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND EDUCATE THOSE OF US THAT ARE OUT-OF-STATE. OUR HEARTS WILL BEAT A LITTLE FASTER FOR YOU TOMORROW AND REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME, YOU HAVE DONE YOURSELVES AND ALL OF US PROUD.
MILWAUKEE -- The U.S. Department of Justice plans to monitor the recall elections in Wisconsin on Tuesday, and will dispatch a team of federal observers to the city of Milwaukee.
The observers will be ensuring that the city complies with the 1965 Voting Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination in the electoral process on the basis of race, color or membership in a minority language group.
