If Walker lost the recall, when his pending legal problems come home to roost, the corporate-sponsored media could spin the story into obscurity...
Having won the recall, Walker has now assumed the position of a GOP icon. Don't expect the media to continue exhorting his value to the GOP and the state of Wisconson however, as his pending legal woes may soon come to fruition...
How embarrassing to the GOP (Gluttony Over Patriotism)to have spent over $30 million to keep a criminal in power. When the other shoe drops, the GOP and their bought and paid for media will run scurrying away from Walker like roaches in the light.
If my theory is correct, Romney will steer clear of the Walker win as future developments will make Walker even more toxic to Republican ambitions.
The DNC knows that the indictment of a sitting governor is much more damaging than the indictment of a former governor. The recall was a win-win for them...if Walker lost, then the DNC could point to the grassroots effort and say '...they did it without our help'.
But Walker won..after $30 million was spent propping up his failed tenure and his failed policies. He can soon enjoy his new position as poster boy for the GOP's disregard for law in their rapacious quest for power.
