Fewer than 100 days out from the election, the campaign is expected to provide more press briefings and heightened access to the candidate in the coming days, and to make changes to the travel pool that will make it more media friendly.
The changes would represent a major shift for the Romney campaign, which so far has offered only extremely limited access to the presumptive Republican nominee, and usually only to favored outlets like Fox News.

I guess Romney has decided that having aides keep the press at a distance works only so long as the aides aren't yelling obscenities at the press in front of cameras.
My prediction is that this won't work out as well as Team Romney hopes. You cannot let Willard M. Romney off his leash, guys; and you can't win if you keep the press away from him. And the press will keep asking about those taxes because there's nothing that spins up the MSM like someone keeping a secret.
It's not too late, Mitt. Take my friendly advice; you do not have the temperament of either a successful candidate, or of a successful President. You owe it to both yourself and the Republican Party to step aside and free your delegates to vote their conscience in Tampa.
