Would it be asking too much of the joke to start off by shouting, "Woooooo! It's Tuesday! Tell the boss to shove it! Wooooo!"?
I think so.
The Party is underway in Tampa, mostly undisturbed to this point by Hurricane Isaac. The hotness of the evening, apparently, was spotting David Koch eating dinner with Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI).
David Koch's PR flack, at a separate table, concerned @daveweigel's and @mattlaslo's tweets attracting "occupy friends." #huh?

That, and discovering that the area's Hooters restaurant is the original.
@anamariecox are you in clearwater? If so, it is the ORIGINAL hooters. Historic landmark. Just learned that this week.

We'll be observing events from afar, and hopefully having a good time at their expense. Why not? So few things in this life actually do come at their expense. We might as well take advantage.
Remember that the "Kagro in the Morning" show is now available via Stitcher.com, meaning you can download their free app on your desktop or on your mobile device, and listen to our podcasts on demand. And I'm told that we might even be able to get it rigged up so you can listen live via Stitcher as well. So that'll be exciting.
Why not go ahead and download their app on your phone, and you can search for the show and "favorite" it, and help us take over the world?
Also new on the tech side is our change in podcasting platforms, which brings with it an easy-to-use RSS feed, which enables you to download podcasts automatically, directly to iTunes. Also, this is the part in our sad, downward spiral where I ask you to Like us on Facebook, may God forgive me.
Daily Kos Radio is on the air, Monday through Friday, now from 9 a.m. to noon, ET. We start with two hours of the Kagro in the Morning show from 9-11, and then it's The Ministry of Truth, with Armando Llorens, starring Jesse LaGreca from 11-12.
I've got the phone lines (mostly) up and running these days, too. Want to join in the fun? Give us a call at (617) 500-7147, extension 14.
