Remember way back when, when Paul Ryan introduced the second iteration of his insane budget? He
told a reporter for Bloomberg who asked about the reception he was getting in his town meetings: "The crowds are overwhelming supportive. I'm very excited."

Ryan seems to be confusing a loud and vehement response to what he says as enthusiasm for what he says. So for the hapless Mr. Ryan, when they say "boo" and hiss at something you say, that's not a good thing.
