For Mitt Romney, the toughest question that will probably come his way is: You say the first thing you'll do is repeal Obamacare. Can you tell us what it is you would replace it with?
That's gonna be one of his big tests.
Now, for the President, if I had to think of the most difficult question that stands in the way of his re-election, it would be: You said your policies would reduce unemployment to below 8%. Unemployment currently stands at 8.1%. Millions of Americans remain jobless. Do you bare responsibility for this?
That's what Romney is going to focus on, and it will be a question posed to the President probably right off the top by moderator Jim Lehrer (who always announces himself at the debates as "I'm Jim LehRAH!", which I love).
If you're Obama and you're in Nevada today debate-prepping and they're throwing this question at you, what's the best response? What's the response that mainstream America will accept during the debate?
So play Obama here and give what you think is most likely to be his answer.
